3DAAA Inc – Expression of Interest (EOI) for Targets – Two Opportunities

OFFER 1.

The Association has second hand targets that are being offered for sale.

These targets are being offered up as groups of seven targets including: five shootable targets suitable for club events, with an additional two targets free of charge that require new centres or repair.

These targets are offered to all 3DAAA clubs, however, preference will be given to the newer or smaller clubs that can benefit from these targets more than well-established clubs. The attached EOI details the sets and condition of the targets, and will require your club details, contact person and importantly, how these will help your club to grow our sport. OFFER 2.

3DAAA have also budgeted to purchase NEW targets on behalf of an affiliated clubs, allowing the club to pay off the cost interest free over a maximum period of twenty four months. These targets will be purchased from the Association’s two Platinum Sponsored suppliers: Cougar Targets, Benson Archery and Gold Sponsor Abbey Archery.

Only approved targets as listed in the 3DAAA Target Policy will be available to purchase within this agreement. Clubs that are interested in this opportunity are to email the secretary secretary@3daaa.com.au of their interest and an approximate maximum value that the club would be interested in spending on these targets. This will be used for us to budget and ensure all interested clubs are able to utilise this opportunity. The cost of the targets will need to be paid back to 3DAAA within 24 months (or less) of entering into a signed agreement between the 3DAAA Inc. Office of Treasurer and the Executive of affiliated club.

In conjunction with our Platinum Sponsors, 3DAAA will coordinate a current Stock List and Price, as well as a price for targets that require importation.  This information will be provided to each club after the EOI close-off date.

Late EOIs will be accepted on a case by case basis and only with extenuating circumstances.
