2026 Annual General Meeting Notice

The Annual General Meeting for 3DAAA will be held on Saturday 6th June 2026.  The meeting will be held at the Norther Rivers Field Archers Sanctioned Shoot, held at the Bonalbo Showgrounds – Clarence Way Bonalbo, NSW 2470 at approx 4.30pm.  The 3DAAA Association welcomes and encourages all its members to come and be part of this event. This is an alcohol-free function; no alcohol is to be consumed during the meeting.   3DAAA Constitution AGENDA FOR AGM Apologies to be received Minutes of the 2024 AGM Presidents Report Treasurers Financial Report Election of the 2026 Office Bearers Elected Committee Positions to be declared vacant at the meeting are: OFFICE BEARERS: VICE PRESIDENT – 2 Year Rotation TREASURER – 2 Year Rotation ORDINARY MEMBERS: NATIONAL LIAISON OFFICER – 2 Year Rotation MERCHANDISE OFFICER – 2 Year Rotation CASUAL VACANCY MEMBESHIP SECRETARY – 1 YEAR (as per section 24 of the Constituation) All nominations for positions are to be received by the secretary no later than 5.00pm, Saturday 30th May 2025.  Please email your form to secretary@3daaa.com.au.
